At
the site in Hanover, autogena
stahl produces
serial parts in volumes exceeding 30,000 tons per year on
flame-cutting machines with track widths of up to 11,000 mm. The
20,000 m2industrial site, encompassing storage, production and administration,
boasts a rail link with the national railway network as well as a
connection with shipping routes via the Mittelland canal.
An excellent assortment of heavy
plate stocks in a range of qualities, with widths of up to 4,500 mm
and lengths of up to 16,000 mm, guarantees that autogena
stahl is able to
meet with the special requirements of the wind industry in a timely
manner.A shotblasting line with a working width of 3,300 mm and unit weights
of up to 25 tons is available for surface descaling and preparation.
We
offer tailored solutions for the on-
and offshore sectors. The weld seam preparations are carried out with
the utmost precision on the cut parts using plasma chamfering
systems, 7-axis chamfering robots and chamfering grinding machines in
a three-shift operation. Working together with selected cooperation
partners we also offer further processing options such as edging,
bending, rolling and mechanical processing. As such, autogena
stahl is able to
deliver top-quality installation-ready parts from a single source.
