EMD Deutschland GbR is the exclusive sales agency of the Danish Company EMD International A/S distributing the software packages WindPRO and energyPRO for the planning, configuration and simulation of wind energy projects and decentralized energy systems. EMD Deutschland offers courses and workshops for both programs.


EMD Deutschland offers regular software courses for WindPRO beginners as well as experienced users :

• WindPRO Training Course: 3-day basic course for beginners. Besides general basic knowledge of wind farm planning the participants learn how to use WindPRO for handling measurement data, setting up and editing projects, calculating energy outputs and assessing environmental impacts.
• WindPRO Advanced Course: 2-day course for experienced users. Advanced knowledge e.g. about measured data analysis, long term correction, wind atlas method application, losses and uncertainties.
  

energyPRO, the modeling software for energy systems (planning, design and simulation), is presented in regular workshops. Each workshop is linked to a specific topic (e.g. Renewable Energies Act & KWKG 2012). Participants learn how to handle these topics with energyPRO.


The courses are held in German and take place in Kassel, Germany.
