HAWART-HINGE

Positioning and bonding rotor blade halves with precision down to the millimeter doesn’t need to be a big-thrill adventure. The hydraulic HAWART-HINGE turning system takes care of the job quickly, accurately and with ease. Its power capability ranges from 15 t (single-HINGE) up to 100 t (multi-HINGE).

System diversity

Vacuum-driven equipment to position shearwebs and spars, automatic grinding machines for large-scale surface treatment and various locking devices are other HAWART-systems which allow the highest quality, state-of-the-art manufacturing of rotor blades.

Onshore and offshore transport systems
