Founded in 1996, the juwi group has become a leading company in the field of renewable energies. With our staff of over 1,500 we provide a full range of services, all the way from planning to construction of renewable energy plants and their financing and operational management. Our projects are planned by highly qualified engineers, physicists and geographers, whilst business managers put together the best possible individual financing concepts and engineers and technicians provide comprenensive technical service.

The juwi group has implemented a wide range of individual projects, amounting to over 500 wind turbines with a total energy yield of over 850 MW and an investment volume of nearly 1,300 million euros. Through our subsidiaries we are represented in other attractive markets worldwide: In Germany, France, Poland, the USA and Costa Rica we have already realised numerous wind energy projects; in South Africa and Chile we are currently preparing others.

We don't just plan and implement wind farms, but also ensure the financing of wind energy projects. We negotiate with banks to secure the best possible loans, and we also actively search for investors. Apart from numerous private investors we were also able to attract many utility companies: e.g. the Stadtwerke Mainz AG, the Pfalzwerke AG based at Ludwigshafen, the Stadtwerke Aachen AG, the Stadtwerke Kiel and the Energieversorgung Offenbach.

Apart from wind energy we also offer PV plants or bioenergy projects, allowing you to invest in the energy mix of the future.
