Founded in 1996, the juwi group has become a leading company in the field of renewable energies. With our staff of approx. 1,000 we provide a full range of services, all the way from planning to construction of renewable energy plants and their financing and operational management. Our projects are planned by highly qualified engineers, physicists and geographers, whilst business managers put together the best possible individual financing concepts and engineers and technicians provide comprenensive technical service. In Germany the juwi group has implemented a wide range of individual projects, amounting to over 400 wind turbines with a total energy yield of over 650 MW and an investment volume of nearly 950 million euros. Through our subsidiaries we are represented in other attractive markets worldwide: In Germany, France, Poland, the USA and Costa Rica we have already realised numerous wind energy projects; in South Africa, Chile and Italy we are currently preparing others. Apart from wind energy we also offer PV plants or bioenergy projects, allowing you to invest in the energy mix of the future. If required, we will provide the necessary commercial and operational management over the the entire 20-year lifespan of your project. This includes issues such as tax law, insurance, maintenance contracts with the operating company and reporting to the investors. Technology experts at our control center in Wörrstedt continuously monitor the stations. Our in-house database enables us to immediately detect and analyze any weak spots and errors so that they can be remedied promptly. Short response times and full-scale expertise guarantee extremely high availability of the turbines, which in turn means better returns for the project overall.
