Kleinsorge Verbindungstechnik GmbH manufactures a broad range of connecting elements with a high degree of vertical integration.

Kleinsorge has been manufacturing anchor bolts and bolt connections for wind turbine foundations and fixing elements for rotor blades (expansion bolts and cross bolts) since the mid 1990s. To complete our product range we also manufacture studs, double-ended studs and threaded parts for nacelle and hub connection.

We use all standard materials in strength classes 4.6 to 12.9 as well as high-alloy materials for demanding applications.

Our reliable partners in the field of surface technology supply and develop all standard coatings. This includes the continued development of a zinc-based lamellar coating that achieves over 1.200 h in a salt spray test.

Depending on our customer’s requirements heat shrinkable tubing or plastic pipe can be used to protect our foundation anchors against joining together with the concrete.

As a special service we provide accessories for all bolt connections such as coated single-bevel nuts or single bevel discs.
