The JTEKT Corporation, created in 2006 through a company merger between KOYO, a manufacturer of roller bearings, and Toyoda Machine Works, has been one of the world's leading manufacturers of roller bearings since 1921.

Under the brand name KOYO, over 32,000 employees around the world have produced all the usual roller bearings and also special designs for the automotive industry, general mechanical engineering, the steel industry and also, for nearly 20 years now, for the wind power industry.

We started to make a name for ourselves as a supplier of high-quality machine parts with our main rotor shaft bearings for small 200 kW turbines. As we have consistently expanded our product range, we now supply almost all the major manufacturers around the world with roller bearings for main shafts, generators and gearboxes.

KOYO Deutschland GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the JTEKT Corporation.

Apart from Germany, our sales area covers neighbouring countries such as Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Turkey.

Together with our sister companies in Spain, the USA, India and China, we therefore have a presence in all major countries with wind turbines.
