For projects that are ready to build, the financiers at Windwärts Energie GmbH work together with credit institutions to prepare financing concepts that are individually tailored to the subsequent owners. As a rule, the projects are purchased by private or institutional investors. Depending on the project configuration, investment companies may be set up or projects may be taken on and operated by subsidiaries of Windwärts Energie GmbH.

Operational management
Even once the project is up and running, the company remains directly responsible for it by taking on the business and operational management. With our many years of experience, Windwärts Energie GmbH ensures the continuous and professional management of the projects it implements. On behalf of the owners, the company takes care of both the monitoring of the technical plant operation and the commercial management of the projects, as well as providing extensive support for investors. Financial participation
